*Disclaimer: When reviewing discovery, evidence, case materials, and documents, it is hereby disclosed that I am NOT a professional in law, criminal justice or psychology and that I do NOT possess a degree or license in any subject pertaining to such. The following is based on professional experience as a salvage automobile remanufacturer with vast automobile technology knowledge and indisputable common sense. It is my stance and intention to be respectful to the boys who lost their lives and the families who lost their children… in their honor, they would want the truth to prevail.
I am Camden Tenney Clements (Hicks), I am a 24 year old professional of business, marketing, and automotive engineering. In 2021 I became the face of Syrynyti Motorsport, a salvage vehicle reconstruction company and auto dealer I designed from the ground up. My experience in the automotive industry started in 2016 when I studied and learned each individual part inside an internal combustion engine. A year later in 2017, I became fairly knowledgeable in identifying parts that make a vehicle. Since then I have studied through the Institution of Automotive Service Excellence ‘ASE’ (The industry's highest standard in automotive repair knowledge) and gained hands-on experience through my reconstruction company where I have the ability to reassemble damaged vehicles to their original condition. In particular, I have read EDR Reports for every single vehicle I have reconstructed since 2021 to understand the reality behind each accident. I find that this information helps me read the damage better as I inspect the vehicle visually, and translates to a more accurate and professional reconstruction of the vehicle.
I - XV70 2018 (8TH GENERATION) TOYOTA CAMRY
It is important to note that in the entire history and existence of automobiles, no two vehicles are created equal, no matter if they are the same make/model, created by precision assembly lines, or created on the same assembly line nonetheless. Let it be known and clear that after an accident that results in total loss, not even a professional can deem a vehicle completely clear of pre-existing defects, even if the Vehicle Event Data Recorder (EDR) states all systems pre-inevitable-impact were operational. This logic is not only available to research but is common sense as a human-designed consumer product.
The XV70 Camry was first launched in Japan on 10 July 2017. The conceptual design was led by Ian Cartabiano in 2014. North American production started in June 2017 and sales began in late July 2017. As with all Toyota vehicles, Toyota Safety Sense (TSS-P) would come as standard equipment on all Camry models, bringing standard a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, a full-speed radar cruise control, lane departure warning with steering assist, and automatic high beam assist. Optional safety features would include active blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, intelligent clearance sonar, and rear cross-traffic braking.
Mackenzie Shirilla’s 2018 Toyota Camry SE was an XV70 Generation, of the AXVA70 variant (technology and drivetrain specification). The measurements as provided by the manufacturer, of the cabin of the vehicle are:
-
Total Passenger Volume: 100.4 cubic feet
-
Front Headroom (w/o Moonroof): 38.3 inches
-
Rear Headroom (w/o Moonroof): 38.0 inches
-
Front Legroom: 42.1 inches
-
Rear Legroom: 38.0 inches
-
Front Shoulder Room: 57.7 inches
-
Rear Shoulder Room: 55.7 inches
-
Front Hip Room: 55.4 inches
-
Rear Hip Room: 54.7 inches
The vehicle measures 16.03ft in length and 4.74ft in height. With all of this information factually noted, I dive into the Grand Jury, consisting statements of several officers, the lead detective, and expert accident analysts. Presented by the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, this is a testament of the corners that were cut to reach the verdict on August 13, 2023…
Master Tech. Mark Sargent was presented to the court on Page 15 of the Grand Jury having formed an opinion that “The vehicle was free of defect at the time of the event, and showed no evidence of a malfunction causing or contributing to the event.” Later, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley made a public statement available to view on the county website, that the vehicle was free of any pre-existing defects or flaws. Both O’Malley and Sargent’s statements are unreliable, as neither could have inspected the vehicle before the crash… relying instead on delayed, incomplete forensics that ignore key EDR data.
Monroney sticker for JTNB11HK9J3028683, OH#JIB3692 - Title #5203225850 confirms that Mackenzie’s vehicle was originally equipped with standard safety features like Toyota Safety Sense-P (TSS-P) as mentioned by Accident Reconstruction Expert Sgt. Adam McQuaid, which utilizes the forward facing camera mounted on the windshield inside the vehicle and a millimeter-wave radar sensor located behind the front grille emblem to offer automatic emergency braking control for pedestrians, other vehicles. Mcquaid refers to this feature when surveillance camera footage shows brake lights illuminating shortly before the vehicle leaves the roadway. However, it’s important to note that TSS-P ONLY functions when the vehicle radar detects moving pedestrians or other vehicles, and is NOT designed to detect stationary objects. Unlike McQuaid, who used “likely” several times in his EDR Analysis as if he was unsure, this is factually accurate. In the way McQuaid describes the technology, it would better fit the definition of “Laser” rather than Radar.
The slight spike of .05 MPa (EDR is in Metric) or 7.25 PSI for us who are American, if somehow caused by an emergency braking event, would have been more than 276x higher in pressure (expectancy 1500-2000 PSI or 70-150 bar)
It is safe to assume that if the system was working as expected, the 3rd brake light illumination was not activated by on-board safety equipment. The EDR shows that ‘Service Brake’ was not applied.. Which asks us one very important question… Does Sgt. Adam McQuaid know that the majority of EDR reports (Including Bosch Crash Data Retrieval) will show, in the case of Automatic Emergency Braking, that the Service Brake is ON?
This information contradicts the prosecution's entire claim that there was no possibility the vehicle was without pre-existing faults as one of the conditions presented are not true. This constructs a dispute that the EDR is either showing a false negative service brake application (enabling there to have been driver input) and/or if there was an emergency braking event, there was a malfunction in the braking system, causing a severe loss of actual desired pressure.
In addition to this vehicle being equipped with TSS-P, it is also equipped with Toyota’s SmartStop Technology, which was developed after Toyota US recalled nearly 8 million vehicles in 2013 due to an unintended acceleration (Sticky Pedal) problem in model years 2009-2011. SmartStop is an electronic protocol coded into the Engine Control Module that when the Throttle and Brake are applied simultaneously, it will cut the throttle input to prioritize braking input.
SmartStop Technology, in the case of an emergency braking event WILL activate. This means that if the brake lights illuminated due to an Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) event, with the entire system working as O’Malley and Sargent claim, the EDR would have shown nearly 0% throttle command for the EDR section of -0.70 seconds *TI* (when brake lights were shown on surveillance).
On page 13 of the Grand Jury, a data box from the EDR was pasted with the title reading “Mackenzie Shrilla did not apply the brakes and was in control of the vehicle” I have yet to find any source of evidence on this page backing up her being in control. An EDR report does show user input metrics, it does not specify how or who created the input requests. Statements that claim more than the data or evidence can show are heavily inaccurate and should be deemed unreliable. Continued on page 14 is probably the most accurate statement regarding the EDR in the entire Grand Jury. Sgt. Adam McQuaid said “The vehicle was traveling with the accelerator pedal fully engaged. At no point was the service brake applied.” and “The pedal was depressed for a minimum of 5.85s prior to impact with the wall.” Sgt R. Fox of the Ohio State Highway Patrol also stated “There was no braking and there was a request for 100% acceleration with full pedal pressure.” With these statements, how did it contribute to the idea that this was intentional? This literally provides evidence sufficient to it being an accident just as much as intentional.
Taking a moment to reflect back to the Grand Jury page 5-6. Terminal Velocity, no matter how extreme does not constitute more evidence toward the accident being purposeful as it was accidental. Life360, in the case of measuring speed in a vehicle, relies on a cell phone being connected cellularly, having a calibrated accelerometer, and the device being secured in a person's pocket, cupholder or phone mount. One of these conditions being absent is why the screenshot in page 5 and 6 does NOT show any rapid acceleration despite showing 1 count of high speed. Thus making Life360 an unreliable source for certified speed and other telemetric data.
Remaining factual in regards to actual speed is crucial in a case this sensitive as the prosecution has failed in conducting this. The general public, who does not have access to case materials, is being misled into believing her actual speed upon impact was 100 MPH. The vehicle did reach a MAX of 100 MPH for less than a half of a second, however, impact was actually under 88.2 MPH. The actual speed just after leaving the roadway is actually unknown as the EDR did not record speed past -0.60s before impact.
In severe accidents, a vehicle’s speedometer is designed to mechanically detach from its internal “return to zero” spring. It isn’t considered as accurate because of the possibility of the needle being knocked up or down during impact. However with its resistance, it's safe to say that an impact occurred within +/-10-15 MPH of what the “locked” speedometer shows after an accident. With the speedometer showing a lock of 71 MPH, it can be accurately guessed that the true impact speed falls somewhere between 60-80 MPH.
The idealism of rounding up the speed comes from a page out of Marketing and Business as its a common marketing strategy called “Psychological Pricing” to price things at a cent or two below to psychologically present the idea that it costs less than it actually does. (Ex. $100.00 v. $99.99) Reversing this concept, this presents that the prosecution chose to mislead the judge and the public by choosing to present that her consistent speed was 100 miles per hour, when the last recorded value (88.2 miles per hour at -0.60s before impact) shows otherwise. They rounded up. Not for clarity. For conviction.
Continuing on the subject of vehicle control, attempting to determine what circumstances of control there were, if any. It can be ruled out that any human being, as distraught or frustrated as they can become, even if they want to die will always have a sense of fear around the idea of death. With this in mind, human nature will always fascinate us with the decisions people make everyday. Mackenzie, not being an exception to this, was cleared of psychological or medical impairment to operate a motor vehicle by medical professionals using her medical history. This would declare that like anybody else, she shares the same ideology behind fearing death. The prosecution overlooked an important value in the EDR regarding accelerator pedal position remaining 100% throughout the entire event.
In the case that Mackenzie was declared clear medically and psychologically to operate this motor vehicle safely, even if she was attempting to kill herself alongside everybody else in the car, as a human response to fear of death, Mackenzie if in control of the vehicle; would have ultimately lifted off of the accelerator pedal and hit the brake in the last few seconds before impact once her trajectory was met… the absence of this reaction dismisses the supporting argument to the prosecution's claim that this was intentional and that she was conscious during the accident. In addition, if Mackenzie had the intention to end her own life; Would she not have removed her seatbelt entirely?
Even if the mind desires death, the body’s instinctive reaction to high-speed danger is to "brake." The body often overrides the mind's intent because survival is the default physiological setting. Also, the urge to take one's life is often impulsive and temporary. When that impulse meets an immediate, terrifying, and visceral threat (like a car losing control), the primal brain takes over to save the body. With all of this in mind, it means that Mackenzie’s natural instincts would have prompted her to hit the brake even if there was the intent to crash that car. Pointing to even more scientifically accredited evidence towards this ACTUALLY being an accident.
Kamal R. Chemali, M.D, a Professor of Neurology at the Case Western Reserve School of Medicine who is a medical doctor, neurologist, and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio wrote a 6 page statement of his analysis of materials surrounding Mackenzie’s vitals and conditions post accident. His statement highlights Mackenzie's post-crash vitals: lactate at 8.5 mmol/L (over four times normal) and oxygen saturation at 82% (severe hypoxia). He concluded: 'These findings-combined with retrograde amnesia-are consistent with sudden loss of consciousness from autonomic dysfunction tied to her POTS. Given this data, it is undeniable that Mackenzie was unconscious or becoming unconscious during the event or, even if not proven, that a seizure shortly before the crash was very much possible.
Simultaneous to 100% throttle input during the entire event, the EDR shows that the gear selector changes position from D, Sequential, and Neutral and finally returns to Neutral. It has been speculated that this was the result of a physical altercation between Mackenzie and Dominic. Although, the speculation should be around how, if this was in fact true, was Mackenzie cognitively able to physically fight, keep her foot 100% on the accelerator and keep a fairly straight trajectory up until the steering wheel was suddenly cranked from 9.0 degrees to the right to -171.0 degrees to the left?
Alongside this, the steering wheel angle change occurred in 1.0 second in the last few seconds of the event. This poses a concern that if Mackenzie; in the mindset that the prosecution described her of having, was truly conscious, fighting the passengers or destined to cause harm; Why or how did this vehicle not leave the roadway or collide with a stationary object or building before reaching the end of Progress Drive? If she was awake? She’d have done it sooner. And why only then? Because that's when Dominic and/or Davion came to the ultimate conclusion that she wasn't waking up. That's when panic hit. That's when the fight-or-flight kicked in. Nobody steers like that on purpose, someone steers like that out of fear… fear of knowing what happens next.
In modern vehicles, transmission control modules including the transmission itself are designed with a failsafe to protect the transmission components in the case of the shift selector being placed into Reverse, or in some cases Park while the vehicle is in motion. For the case of this 2018 Toyota Camry the transmission uses a spring-loaded parking pawl. If shifted into Park while moving, the pawl is designed to "ratchet" or bounce off the locking gear rather than engaging, which prevents the transmission from locking up entirely and causing catastrophic failure. This often results in a loud, harsh clicking or grinding noise. On the EDR, this would present itself as the N shift position.
See the design below on this 2024 XV70 Camry SE. This vehicle matches 1:1 geometric design and measurements specifications to Mackenzie’s. The differences are interior color, trim, and the parking brake style. Sitting inside is myself.
I conducted various activities inside this vehicle… driving without a seatbelt activates the persistent and obnoxious seatbelt warning chime that will only go away when the seatbelt(s) are buckled. I did take my time understanding the resistance of the gear selector… I found that without pressing the interlock button, the selector can easily move in between Neutral, Drive, and Sequential without much resistance. Although I wanted to test the theory of what would happen if I placed the car in park while driving, I did not, because I did not own it. Take note of the ‘Fin’ connecting the dashboard to the center console with the massive overhanging dashboard that would essentially separate the driver from the passenger in an accident this severe. Dominic, who was just under a year older than me, would be comparable in size to me. Notice the lack of room there is for someone the size of Mackenzie to fit alongside my legs underneath the dashboard if I hadn’t moved an inch? Dominic was aware, had intentions to remove Mackenzie from the driver’s seat, and Mackenzie was not fighting him, her body freely moved when pulled across the console… Time was just not in their favor…
Even at or above freeway speeds, Mackenzie who is a fairly petite in size and has the seat adjusted higher and closer to the steering wheel; In correlation to Mackenzie’s position when discovered vs the design of the front cockpit of the car present irregularities from how Mackenzie (seatbelted), becomes trapped underneath the passenger side dashboard. Even at the highest elevation setting of the seat, the center console would be too tall for me (6’ 4” 200lb) to somehow come out of my seatbelt and fly over this console on purpose. Center console height design commonly found in Toyota’s counterpart; Lexus IS, RC, LS, ES model vehicles. This console and drivers area is shaped in a way that in a crash would fold in and wrap around the driver forming a sort of protective cradle. This can only determine that Mackenzie had left or was leaving the seat before impact.
Using this information, evidence is presented supporting Mackenzie having been unconscious or had experienced a medical episode, like a seizure behind the wheel. Pointing to the shift selector changes, Dominic & Davion being unbuckled or improperly buckled, erratic steering change in last few seconds, and body positions when discovered as a pretty fair supporting argument that Dominic and/or Davion were attempting to pull unconscious Mackenzie out of the driver's seat and use last resort measures to stop the vehicle as part of natural Fight-or-Flight instincts.
The Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) equipped in this vehicle features 10 airbags and 5 standard seatbelts. The EDR and scene photographs, which show that Mackenzie and Dominic were both wearing seatbelts during the entire event, means that Dominic was either improperly buckled or improperly removed his seatbelt during the incident. Information about Davion’s seatbelt data is not available in the EDR reports and his original seating position in the rear is also unknown. If Davion was originally sitting either behind the driver or passenger, it is assumed that he had moved to the center seat before or during the incident, probably to assist Dominic in intervening control of the vehicle.
II - INACCURACIES
Referring to page 16 of the Grand Jury, the evidence sources were mixed. It presented 2 screenshots of video surveillance footage that were claimed to have been sourced from ‘Parma Movers’ at 20036 Progress Dr. In the file name AND view positioning it is clear this was actually ‘Eurofins Testoil’s’ angle which is located nearly a quarter of a mile west of Parma Movers. It was stated that in this footage the speed of the vehicle at this point was 98.1 miles per hour by an "expert".
Had this footage actually been from ‘Parma Movers’ the vehicle speed would be inaccurate as the vehicle had passed the building outside of the rounded 5.00 second EDR data write. Even at 100 miles per hour, covering the distance between Parma Movers and the Plidco building (approximately 1200 feet @ 146.67 feet per second) would take about 8.2 seconds. Meaning the EDR didn't start writing data until about 3.2 seconds after the vehicle passed the building, so how was speed accurately determined here?
In this illustration of the location it demonstrates the camera locations, angles, and the distance from Parma Movers southwest facing camera to Eurofins Testoil’s. Ultimately, the grand jury did present a correct screenshot from Parma Movers’ camera footage, but in this particular screenshot the vehicle is not in frame. This screenshot serves no evidentiary purpose in proving anything other than location as it is outside of the rounded 5.00s recorded EDR event, and has no timestamps. Speed cannot be determined by timestamp calculation in front of Parma Movers, from the angle as seen below.

While analyzing this, I ask, why wasn’t more footage (if had been requested) along Progress Drive shown publicly? I spotted several cameras on buildings that would provide fair visibility as to bridge the gap between peacefully turning right onto the street and relentless acceleration. This could be the prosecution believing it's irrelevant? To which, why would it be irrelevant to the prosecution unless it reveals a clue of innocence? Auto Technology at 20026 Progress Drive has a potential southeast camera angle with a clearer line of sight. No record of footage being requested or subpoenaed. If available, it could resolve a fair distance of the vehicle approaching the area, where acceleration allegedly began. Ignoring it raises questions about selective evidence.
As it has already been brought to the public. The death certificates of Dominic Russo and Davion Flanagan are by law not public record for another 46 years. However, an image of Dominic’s Certificate has surfaced. In this photo of the death certificate, it specifies that the manner of death was an ACCIDENT, and was not amended in 2023 after the conviction. The certificate that has surfaced is notarized being filed with the probate court on April 14, 2024. This confirms that even after the verdict determined that Mackenzie was guilty of murder, they did not amend the manner of death. It can only be assumed that Davion’s was the same. Why is this? Why wouldn’t they declare manner of death as HOMICIDE in initial documents if Mackenzie was truly guilty of orchestrating and committing the crime? The NVSS (National Vital Statistics System) has clear instructions for filing death certificates, and it appears that the Ohio Department of Health has made Dominic Russo an exception to a standard held across the entire country. It was determined that Detective Zaki Hazou, defying the need for a court hearing, was able to get the Medical Examiners Office to amend the manner of death and officially change it to HOMICIDE. This change was extremely untimely and the sudden action taken regarding the manner of death has a suspicious level of “I’m right and you’re wrong” demeanor.
III - CHARACTER, HER VOICE
In the time I have written this, I speak to Mackenzie on occasion. Her demeanor reflects that of someone who has been silenced. Her vocabulary is different from the clips of her speaking in documentaries, leaked phone calls, and writing. It is my perspective that this isn’t because she “got caught” or is “putting on a show”. She doesn’t know me very well and has no real idea of my background.
If she really was the monster, vile, homicidal/suicidal person they painted her to be, why would she present to me (a random person nearly 2000 miles away) a person who is genuinely heartbroken, lost, and in theory excommunicated from speaking? Mackenzie shows that she is grateful to have conversation, she says thank you a lot, and is overall extremely respectful. In a recent conversation with her I experimented by using profanity to see if she would reciprocate the vocabulary. She will not even use profanity. Overall my experience of talking to her has proven that, somewhere in between what is shown in the media and how she actually speaks to people, there is a spin. Her ultimate mindset is still the same, she texts like a young person would. She is timid, but excited to speak to you, and is grateful for it. This is not the behavior of someone who commits an act so violent it becomes headline news around the world. This is human behavior and reaction to a situation so traumatizing that you feel numb and coerced into internally believing you are guilty. This is the result of the hundreds of thousands who have watched or read documentaries, news articles, reddit threads, and facebook posts/groups that pick out the one-sided psyop-like pieces of this case.
No matter how much evidence points against it, the prosecution had won this case by attacking Mackenzie’s past as a typical growing teenager rather than focusing on the actual event at hand.
IV - INCREASED CENSORSHIP, SELECTIVENESS
Countless redactions, denials, and practices that appear to selectively target this case and keep its prosecution-favored sway. This is my experience while researching the case and interacting with the parties involved. Originally upon discovery of the size of this case with no knowledge of its depth, when watching documentaries, reading articles, and other material; it was my perspective that she was guilty and that she actually did do this. It was my understanding that Mackenzie was so angry with her life that she drove her car into that building at 100 miles per hour with the intention of causing the damage to the families that were severed by this accident. This is an example of exactly what the media had succeeded in achieving. To the Grand Jury, Prosecution, and the media; As long as anybody who watches the documentary, reads the articles, and sees the pictures takes their side, it doesn't matter what the truth actually is.
Not because of personal opinion, but because of the agenda. The prosecution enabled them to describe her as a monster who was capable of this. They did this because it means that they can acquire more viewers, higher popularity, and better ratings. For example, leaving a cookie in front of a child and leaving the room. Obviously, telling the child to not eat that cookie does not stop them from partaking when you’re not looking. The media, like the child, at that moment does not envision consequences of partaking. The media took advantage of the opportunity to eat the cookie.
The prosecution has painted this picture of an unstable, reckless, formidable woman by specifically targeting her past instead of the accident. Everything used to support this incident being done on purpose was from Mackenzie’s past. The prosecution used a typical stereotype of a 17 year old to create an image of someone who is capable of doing this. Reflecting back to an excerpt where I explained that it is coded into actual human physiology, that despite Mackenzie showing behavior of a normal teenager, it is humanely impossible for her to have fully intended to cause this accident. There is no evidence that can override the science behind human physiology. Media outlets will in any instance dramatize stories for gain, whether it be monetarily or for popularity. This combined with the prosecution feeding it to them, is ultimately why the media has influenced this case in its entirety. Currently when you Google Mackenzie Shirilla, you’ll find that the majority of the photographs are of her crying or snippets of videos portraying her as looking angry. Anybody and everyone who is creating these images and videos on the internet choose to because they introduce a sense of curiosity, a form of marketing, to the younger generation, commonly called ‘Click-bait’. They create and post, relying only on the limited information they have..ignoring the rest, for the reason of attracting attention to themselves unfortunately, for monetary and attention reasons. It is disappointing to me, for the reason that Mackenzie is a human just like the rest of us, behind this painted defamation.
To this day, I have found that about 1 in 3 social media posts about Mackenzie contain the use of incorrect photographs, skewed data/facts, and provide untruthful facts that I believe contribute to the way the world has formed their views on her. This is literally the real world definition of defamation.
The language she developed and speaks frequently with her mom has been claimed to be translated in documentaries. Which is incorrect. In A&E’s Killer Cases Season 4 Episode 12, one of the first things the ‘prosecution-narrated’ documentary presented was an inadmissible, covered bodycam audio clip. A&E only included the part the prosecution thought mattered. Audibly, Detective Zaki Hazou approaches Mackenzie who is recovering from the accident in the hospital with her family present. In this audio clip they focused on a statement made to her mom in the carnie language/gibberish she uses. The prosecution claimed she said “Can we just tell them I had a seizure?”. In the full version of the audio clip that A&E had used, Detective Hazou clearly stated that he acknowledges that they had hired an attorney and that he was not there to interview Mackenzie or take a statement. Making the entire clip inadmissible as Det. Hazou had approached the Shirillas without their attorney present. Despite not being used in court, this is just a prime example of the ethics Det. Zaki Hazou has and the influence the media has on the general population. Everyone who watches it believes it.
Continuing on censorship or general selectiveness, it is my experience that authoritative powers internal to ODRC are actively imposing restrictions towards individuals who are pressing for answers, information, and attempting to provide assistance in the overturn of this case.
Global Telmate Connect Network (GTL) is a communications company serving correctional rehabilitation facilities and is the main provider and curator for books, music, media, and communications inside of The Ohio Reformatory for Women. In regards to messaging, the moderation of media such as pictures, videos and messages are performed by the facility themselves.
In mid February, I saw this first hand in my conversation with Mackenzie and separately with another inmate via GTL’s Getting out app. While having completed a music project dedicated to Mackenzie’s freedom, I sent a 7-part video (30s clips) to her for her to listen to. In fact, I actually sent it twice (14 videos) both were modified in different ways. Both versions including photographs of the album cover designs which featured her in an artificial intelligence generated environment resembling a beach were immediately denied by the facility with the reason being: Other. Controversally, I took it upon myself to experiment… sending a photo clearly in violation of the facility policies to another inmate who I have been conversing with and has been teaching me about the facility since November. This photo was ultimately approved by the facility despite its clear violation of the policies at the ORW. I reached out to the facility by phone and email and have yet to acquire answers as to why the videos and photos sent to Mackenzie were denied. After the facility was hinted towards the existence of this publication, they reviewed and approved the photos to Mackenzie the next day. It appears that there are potentially ulterior motives behind the moderation.
This creates a concern that if the videos and photos sent to Mackenzie actually had a reason to be denied in the first place, why wasn't the photo to the other inmate denied?
V - CALL TO ACTION, CORRECTION OF SENTENCE
The World is Watching, there are those who continue to watch and there are those who will stand. It is my official call to action to stand. Before us we have a woman who is incapable of the crime and has had her future stolen from her. With all I present in this publication, I stand firm in belief that this case consists of purposeful intent to cut corners and ignore key facts in order to unlawfully captivate Mackenzie Ford Shirilla.
