1. NATURE OF THE PROJECT AND SITE PURPOSE

 

This website, along with all associated media, musical tracks (including works by the artist SYGNYTURE), digital content, clothing, and retail merchandise, is operated exclusively by Pangaea Entertainment Limited, a registered Utah limited liability company.
VIRIDESCENCE is an independent advocacy movement, biographical profile, and creative art installation. The materials on this platform represent protected artistic expression, political commentary, and social critique regarding matters of public interest, historical record, and judicial transparency under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

2. COMPLETE ABSENCE OF ENDORSEMENT OR AFFILIATION

This platform, its merchandise lines, and its musical assets are entirely unauthorized. This project is not sponsored, endorsed, approved, sanctioned, or operated by, nor is it in any way affiliated with:
  • Mackenzie Shirilla, her defense counsel, her family, or her personal representatives;
  • Any Department of Corrections, state penal facility, or judicial entity;
  • Any victims, victims’ estates, or surviving family members associated with the underlying 2023 judicial conviction.
Any references to real-world individuals, historical criminal cases, or public court proceedings are included solely for biographical profiling, artistic context, and public transparency.

3. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE AND DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS

Pangaea Entertainment Limited operates in strict compliance with all state and federal financial recovery statutes, including but not limited to Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 2969 (the Recovery of Offender’s Profits Fund).
  • Zero Inmate Compensation: No incarcerated individual, offender, or third-party beneficiary of an offender retains any equity, partnership, or ownership stake in Pangaea Entertainment Limited or the VIRIDESCENCE brand.
  • No Financial Transfers: No portion of the gross revenues, net profits, royalties, or licensing fees generated by global merchandise sales is paid to, held for, or redirected to any incarcerated individual, their commissary account, or their immediate family.
  • Independent Corporate Retention: One hundred percent (100%) of all commercial proceeds are retained strictly by Pangaea Entertainment Limited to independently fund manufacturing, global distribution, website infrastructure, music mixing/mastering overhead, and ongoing creative media production.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRANSFORMATIVE USE DISCLOSURE

 

All graphic assets, apparel layouts, and visual designs utilized on this storefront are custom, original, and transformative illustrations created by artists commissioned by Pangaea Entertainment Limited.
These designs do not feature the literal photographic likenesses, copyrighted recordings, or proprietary materials of any private individuals without authorization. They are heavily stylized creative products designed to complement an original musical narrative. We assert full intellectual property protections over our custom designs and will defend our corporate trademarks and copyrights globally.

5. JURISDICTION AND VENUE RESTRICTIONS

 

By accessing this website or purchasing physical or digital products from the VIRIDESCENCE platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you are entering into a business relationship with a corporate entity domiciled in the State of Utah, United States.
Any legal disputes, claims, demands, or actions arising out of the content of this site, the marketing of the music, or the distribution of the apparel must be filed exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Utah. You hereby waive any and all objections to personal jurisdiction or venue outside the borders of Utah.
