This website is operated by Pangaea Entertainment Limited, an exclusive digital media company part of Syrynyti Limited Company (doing business as VIRIDESCENCE). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pangaea Entertainment Limited. We offer this website, including all information, tools, music, creative media, and merchandise available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing merchandise from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. VIRIDESCENCE is an independent, unauthorized creative media project and advocacy movement. The content, music, illustrations, and apparel associated with this platform constitute artistic commentary, political speech, and creative expression regarding matters of public interest and historical judicial record.
This project is entirely independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or financially partnered with Mackenzie Shirilla, her legal team, her estate, or any institutional facility. No proceeds, royalties, or revenues generated from the sale of merchandise or media are distributed to, reserved for, or held for the benefit of any incarcerated individual or third-party beneficiaries. All revenues are retained strictly by Pangaea Entertainment Limited to fund ongoing independent artistic production, manufacturing, website overhead, and media operations.

SECTION 3 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ARTISTIC UTILITY
All content included on this site, such as text, original graphics, artistic illustrations, logos, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and musical compositions (including works by SYGNYTURE), is the exclusive property of Pangaea Entertainment Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and right of publicity laws.
The custom artistic illustrations featured on our apparel and media are transformative works of art protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Any unauthorized replication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the artwork, text, or music on this site without express written consent from Pangaea Entertainment Limited is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 4 — MODERATION, ANTI-HARASSMENT, AND USER CONDUCT
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for coordinated reporting campaigns, spamming, malicious reviews, or toxic behavior designed to disrupt our business operations or intimidate our community.
You agree that you will not use our website, its public review sections, or its social media channels to engage in:
- Harassment, defamation, stalking, or threatening behavior toward any individual or our brand entity.
- Coordinated mass-reporting campaigns intended to interfere with our e-commerce hosting or payment gateways.
- Flooding public comment sectors with graphic descriptions, doxxing data, or targeted malice.
Pangaea Entertainment Limited reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to monitor, edit, or remove user-generated content, terminate user access, block specific IP addresses, cancel pending merchandise orders, and delete public comments from any user who violates these terms.
SECTION 5 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 6 — FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS AND MALICIOUS PURCHASES
If we detect or suspect that a purchase has been made maliciously—including but not limited to orders placed for the sole purpose of instigating a fraudulent credit card chargeback, payment dispute, or commercial sabotage—we reserve the right to cancel the transaction immediately.
Pangaea Entertainment Limited logs all transactional metadata, IP addresses, and shipping verifications. We will aggressively contest any bad-faith chargebacks with our merchant processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) by submitting this Terms of Service agreement along with delivery confirmation data. Users executing fraudulent disputes will be blacklisted across our entire global fulfillment network.
SECTION 7 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pangaea Entertainment Limited and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 8 — SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 9 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, our merchandise, or your use of the website must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.
